  • Step 2: Fill Part-I: Log in to your OTR profile and fill in educational details, address, and category.

  • Step 3: Document Upload (Part-II): Upload your Passport-size Photograph and Signature in JPG format (20KB–300KB) and a Photo ID Proof in PDF format.
