The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) 2026 results today, February 13, 2026. This is a pivotal moment for over 53,000 aspirants competing for seats in more than 1,300 AICTE-approved B-schools across India.

With the scorecards now available, you can move forward with your MBA/PGDM applications for the 2026-2028 academic session.

📈 What Your CMAT Score Means (Expected Percentiles)

Since CMAT 2026 was conducted in a single shift, NTA has used raw scores directly to calculate percentiles. Here is the estimated score-to-percentile breakdown:

• 99.9+ Percentile: Score of 340+ (Required for JBIMS, SIMSREE).

• 95–99 Percentile: Score of 280–310 (Required for GIM Goa, KJ Somaiya, Great Lakes).

• 90–95 Percentile: Score of 250–280 (Required for BIMTECH, IMT Nagpur).

• 80–90 Percentile: Score of 210–250 (Required for XIME, Jaipuria).

⚔️ Post-CMAT Selection Process

A high CMAT score is only the first step. Participating B-schools will now trigger their own multi-stage selection processes:

1. Shortlisting: Based on CMAT cut-offs (usually announced within 7–10 days of results).

2. GD/PI/WAT: Qualifying candidates undergo Group Discussions (GD), Personal Interviews (PI), and sometimes a Writing Ability Test (WAT).

3. Composite Score: Your final admission is based on:

   • CMAT Score ($50\% \text{–} 60\%$ weightage)

   • GD/PI Performance ($20\% \text{–} 30\%$)

   • Academic Record & Work Experience ($10\% \text{–} 20\%$)

The NTA does not send scorecards via email or post. Follow these steps immediately:

1. Visit Portal: Go to cmat.nta.ac.in.

2. Login: Click on the “CMAT 2026 Scorecard” tab.

3. Enter Credentials: Use your Application Number and Date of Birth (or Password).

4. Security Pin: Enter the captcha displayed and click Submit.

5. Verify Details: Check your name, AIR (All India Rank), sectional scores, and overall percentile.

6. Download: Save a high-quality PDF. Note: Keep at least 3 printed copies for physical counseling.
