The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially opened registration for the National Common Entrance Test (NCET) 2026. This national-level entrance exam is the mandatory gateway for admission into the 4-Year Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP) for the academic session 2026-27.

  • Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed Class 12 (10+2) or an equivalent examination from a recognized board. Candidates appearing for their Class 12 exams in 2026 are also eligible to apply.

  • Minimum Marks: Generally, a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying exam is required (relaxations apply for reserved categories).

  • Age Limit: There is no upper age limit for appearing in the NCET 2026. However, candidates must comply with the specific age requirements of the university/institute they seek admission to.

  4. Fee Payment: Pay the application fee via Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, or UPI.

  5. Confirmation: Download the Confirmation Page. This is your proof of submission and is required for the Sarkari Result verification process.
